What would be the point of that? If you want quick access to the WBO like an app icon, just add it to your home screen.

I have thought about that, but Nightmare Longinus outclasses Lost Longinus, so I would not really count on it necessarily having a use. Also I don’t think single and dual layers would be banned from Limited, but for the same reason they’re not used in standard they would not be used in limited format with the exception of very few possibly.

This is why a lot of testing has to be done in order to find the optimal use for each part. Takara Tomy and Hasbro both take more of a tunnel-vision approach when designing parts. The process is more about what type a part's gimmick and shape would fit into rather than what the part is actually good for.
