I loved the movie so much I got tickets for Sunday.

I’m planning on seeing this tomorrow! I hope it’s good! Some people say Disney ruined the franchise, but I liked the last two Star Wars movies (not counting the spin offs but I like those too).

I dunno about this one, I haven’t watched any of the Star Wars movies yet and even I can read that reviews say this was the worst movie since The Phantom Menace.
Should I Spoiler that?

You don’t have to spoiler it.
For some reason it is reviewed terribly but I think it was probably the most amazing movie I’ve ever seen.

That’s because the majority of the audience is adults who love the original trilogy and think that the new trilogy sucks.

Most of the part before ending is great! However the ultimate battle and the conclusion are just letting me down. The fight between Kylo and Knight of Ren just too short. At last Rey and Ben hold their lightsabers but not even have a chance to use them? Some of the question in the movie still didn't being answered. The main plot simply a copy-paste of Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. They are also the reasons I don't like about the movie. The story is a conclusion of Skywalker but not Star Wars, a bit disappointed. What I'm hoping is an explanation of the origin of "A long time ago in a galaxy far far away" and really terminate that era. The story should be moved on, represented by this movie. I watched this movie some of the reason is because I have an enormous exception on J.J. Abrams, I love the details he made, and force-linked fights are so awesome. Also the perform of Ian McDiarmid is great. Ps. I start watching Star Wars before Disney acquire Lucasfilm, I'm prequel fans. Just forget that sequel if you hate them.

The movie was great! The best one of the sequel trilogy IMO. Emperor Palpatine turns out to be alive ,(physically impaired though) which it is not very clear how he came back (Clone maybe?). Snoke was created by Palpatine to lure Ben to the dark side. The adventure Rey and her friends go on was a great one! This movie gave off episode 6 vibes, especially during the final battle when the resistance was fighting the star destroyers capable of destroying planets (I think the whole army and the ships are clones). Palpatine tries to turn Rey to the dark side and Rey turns out to be Palpatine’s granddaughter, which is insane! We get a better idea of what happened to Rey’s parents, which is nice. Ben and Rey fight Palpatine and Palpatine sucks the life out of them, giving Palpatine life and making him no longer physically impaired. A bunch of ships come to fight with the Resistance, which nearly made me cry (I am serious!) because they had called for help across the galaxy, and they came when all Hope wasn’t lost for them. Palpatine then strike all of the resistance ships with lightning, causing them to black out. I thought the Dark side would actually win for a moment there. Ben tries to stop him but Palpatine throws him in a deep hole. Rey gets the power of all of the Jedis and uses the Force to get not one, but two light sabers, Palpatine tries to stop her but he disintegrates under the power. Rey then falls dead,(which I thought was the end for her) the ships get their power back and destroy the Star destroyers. Ben climbs up the hole and finds Rey dead. He uses the force to bring her back to life. They kiss (which surprised me) and Ben falls dead, then pulls a Kenobi death (he disappears into the air, not like the Thanos snap though). They celebrate and you get a glimpse of Endor and two Ewoks (another throwback to Episode 6). I think one of them is Wicket, though I am not sure. Then Rey goes to Tatooine, and we get a throwback of Episode 4: Two Jawas and a Sandcrawler, not to mention Luke’s home. Rey buries the two Skywalker lightsabers, and she turns on her lightsaber, which is yellow, a new color for lightsabers, and an old woman asks what her name is. She looks into the distance and sees Leia and Luke (I forgot to mention Leia dies by taking a death for Ben through the Force) as Jedi spirits, and she replied Rey Skywalker. I winder if there will be any new episodes after this one, although I do not count on it.

Honestly this movie had a lot of shock moments, probably the most I’ve seen in a movie. Probably the fact that Chewie didn’t die, because I really thought he was dead before seeing the scene where he turns out to be alive. Rey being a Palpatine was also surprising though.

Both we’re quite surprising. At the movie theater when we found out Rey was a Palpatine everyone gasped. It was hilarious.
