Thanks to confirm, Oki! *-*

So, now I'm overexcited about it! I feel like old plastic gen looking at this beauty! *-*
Can't hold the smile... This is just beautiful, I can't wait to see the others!!
the looking is quite similar to Dragoon GT
but Dragoon GT had 4 heads, The new Valkyrie only have 3 wings
I actually like the large wings on Valkyrie, I am not sure if its better than its predecessor but it's worth a look at the very least. I hope Kerbeus is more rounded and less recoily, either way I can't wait.
Wow, Yggdrasil Ring Gyro must be very underwhelming if Victory Valkyrie, a Beyblade that will be released in two months, is getting a quarter of the main cover instead hah.

But yes, Dual Layers look really wild.

So... is this the new Valky?
Victory Valkyrie looks like Bump King lol.
There he is!

It really does look like the two parts of the Layer are screwed together, huh? It seems like the Dual Layer's defining feature is that its projections are made of solid plastic. I suspect this plastic is less brittle than the clear part, so they can make bigger and bolder attack projections like we see here on Victory Valkyrie.

Saying that, this Layer looks mean. Those look like some seriously vicious smash attack projections, and judging from the angle of the spike closest to the back of the image, it seems like they're sloped enough to have some upper attack potential as well.

Here's hoping it can dethrone the original Valkyrie as the smasher of choice, if only due to the inevitably much-more-durable teeth Victory Valkyrie would have.

One other point: check out the V in the center of the Layer. Is that V for Victory Valkyrie in the Layer, or is it part of the Driver? I'm getting the sense it's the former. All of the Layers up until now have had the letter representing them included in the design, but this is the first time it's been made so obvious.

I think the V is molded to the valkyrie layer so that it stands for victory its similar to how xcalibur had a X on its center of the layer

Well. You know. More options is more options, I guess. Just seems to me the whole "dual layer" concept has been there from the start, just deliberately underused. Can only wonder if something more is hidden in that picture.
Wow that is beautiful. Victory Valkyrie....I wonder what the others will look like and how they will perform.
Would be funny if a dual layer amaterios came out as a rare bey. Alpha Amaterios? Just thinking out loud
IMO v-valkyrie looks a carpload cooler than the original.
The over all design didnt strike my fancy but after looking at it all day its grown on me.
i like this very much.especially the wbba profile

is this cool.

They look more like pegs, to me.
I'm really hoping that these can be unscrewed and flipped around to change modes, but then the screws would make it pretty tedious if that was the case.
While Victory Valkyrie is no means of horrible, personally I still find the old Valkyrie more beautiful.

They definitely wouldn't use those Y-shaped screws if they were meant to be removed. I really wouldn't count on it.

Hah if only they sold mini screwdrivers like those weird mini skateboard sets.

To me it looks like the V is definitely part of the layer and we can see the top of the driver underneath but it is obstructed by said V.

And I had noticed the little O in the center of odin's layer but wasn't sure if it was a circle or an O... I never noticed how any other layer represented their first letter somehow, but I totally see it now. That's pretty cool. Grin
Very awesome! I don't really see how this is dual layer though, doesn't look like the clear part adds anything at all. It does look screwed on, the screws are plainly visible. Sure does look like it packs one heck of a punch though! Can't wait to snag a copy of Corocoro!! Might even do a video of it...

Haha, I had wanted to post about it here but just hadn't compiled the evidence yet. There are also a handful that I feel uncertain about. But yeah, you can find the letter – although often extremely abstracted – in every Layer so far.
Is it called Jormungand, Jormungandr, Joermungand or Joermungandr?

The spelling is in the opening post.
Actually the official spelling is totally unknown, but it sounds like how it is spelt in the first post.
Ah, according to this image, the correct abbreviation, if you are too lazy to type the whole name, is V2 for Victory Valkyrie, so S2 for Storm Spriggan, etc.

That makes me wonder why they even bothered placing the periods before the letters, because our first hypothesis was that it was done in order to separate every part in the abbreviation properly: VV.B.V
Now you can just write V2BV without any issues...
