1. It did say whether you could or couldn't use a DB Beyblade. Under Legal Equipment,

"Legal Equipment

Only official Beyblade Burst products produced by Hasbro and Takara-Tomy can be used.
All ranked matches must take place in the Takara-Tomy BeyStadium Standard Type.
Unranked matches may take place in any official stadium."

Burst Standard doesn't have a banlist, except for what's outlined in later sections. It does have some part-specific rulings, which you should read. Actually you should just read the whole document. And I do mean read, not skim.

2. See above. You can use an entirely TT combo, sure. Please note the Brand Incompatibility section, just in case.
"Brand Incompatibility: Hasbro Energy Layers cannot be used with Takara-Tomy Drivers, and Takara-Tomy Layers cannot be used with Hasbro Performance Tips. This applies to official battles in WBO events, and parts previously used in testing in a mixed brand combination. The slopes on Hasbro Energy Layers that have played with Takara-Tomy Drivers inevitably are damaged, increasing their burst resistance illegally."

Heads up , the image we were using for the tournament location died. We've got this one though. Should probably find more permanent hosting for it. Google images doesn't work though.

Hopefully i can get through work this week so i can enjoy the tourney on Sunday

Ryan, everybody heard you the first time. Please don't ask the same questions over and over. I don't have an answer for it because I'm not running this tournament. You can go ahead and private message the organizer if you want, but you have to stop asking the same questions over and over. It can be frustrating to read.

When you asked last week at my tournament, I told you that officially nobody was selling anything at that tournament. That sort of stuff has to be worked out with staff ahead of time. It's in the rules at the top of every tournament thread.

That's this part right here:
8. Contests, Raffles, Gambling, Betting, and Selling Are Prohibited
Advertising the sale of any product or service, as well as posting about any contest, raffle, gambling, or betting on this event page and conducting them at the event without approval by Fighting Spirits Inc. staff is prohibited. Please contact the Organized Play team if you require approval.
