Yeah, luckily it hasn't happened to me after playing the demo. I knew that I had to be less aggressive on the circle pad than on an actual controller.

Also whats up with the hype of Ridley and Mewto? I never played melee or metroid since the only smash game i played was Smash 64, Brawl, Smash 4 demo (29th try).

For the record, Smash Brothers Melee is considered by many to be the best out of the existing Smash games thus far. Mewtwo was a popular character with a cool moveset, and still has immense popularity within the pokemon fanbase. When he got replaced by Lucario in Brawl, many people were very surprised.
As for Ridley, fans of the Metroid series want more representation in Smash. And for whatever reason, they have rallied behind a playable version of Ridley, one of the most iconic boss characters from the series.

I actually broke mine from running around in Animal Crossing. I think it just happens with use over the years.

I wonder why they replaced Mewto he/she sounds like a cool character, also the only issue i see with Ridley is his size but i guess they could tone down his size but i idk. I see him more as a boss character or atleast an assistant trophy atleast.
Im counting down these days with anticipation, I already know what I'll be doing this weekend.
