I think its available in Minitoons, or you could get it from Dimsum2u. I would recommend you on asking Malaysian members over on WBO, as they know more about Beyblades in Malaysia.

This should be posted in stores with beyblade in stock , anyway my uncle went & bought some beys from SOGO a shop in a mall from Kuala Lumpur , please check it on the web i am sure you will get them , they also had some Pre-HWS beys like sagitario , they had beys till BB-69
