I was thinking, if there is a side format for sonokong's odd spin off, than why not have a side event for hasbro's weird thing resembling battling tops. I'll accept all input.

There isn't a side format for Top Plate, or not one I'm aware of...
Anyway, I think it's fair to say less than 5% of all members on the WBO even own one of these things, and the number of people who would want to take part in a tournament for this format is even lower, not to mention the fact that these people are spread all over the world.
So really, I'd venture to guess it'd be difficult to scrape up more than two tournaments per year, and that's not worth a whole new format.

I agree with Dual.
Most people really don't like Warriors so it'd be really difficult to actually get an official tournament, nevermind a format.
However, I'm sure if you hosted and wanted to have an unofficial side event for them, you could definitely try that.
