On eBay it’s like upwards of $70 Canadian and on another site that I go to they have it for like ¥4000 but they only ship right now with DHL which will cost me like 22 bucks or more just to get it into the country, So my hands are kind of tied right now

You could get the Universe Driver from Curse Satan but to get the prize bey you would defintely have to be lucky enough to pull off a Curse Satan.
