I think it weakens they beyblades teeth and I want to try a combo with it.

They are plastic and Get tiny bits moved bent and shaved of every time you put it together so yes they do wear down

How many times would you have to put a bey together and click it for the teeth to wear down effectively?

no If you take it apart around 600 times it will START to wear down
