Piplup was originally trying to rule hell, and he finally succeeded. The piplup that is now this pfp is a new piplup who is trying to become an angel. This is to stay updated on the piplup lore.

Harry was about to defeat Piplup and rule hell, but then Amane came and blessed piplup, and he used hydro pump to knock Harry out and now he rules hell.
