I had a fake zeta before and it was working well, but then it stopped changing modes

I have a hasbro zeta and sometimes it gets stuck but for the most part it works.
I wonder why that is a issue for the mode changing gets stuck

was it used when you bought it or you bought it from a store?
It can be hard because It can be new or very old
and if its completely impossible to change it could be that a piece of something got inside of the driver, in the part where it holds the three tips

you can get compressed air at most hardware stores and WD-40 at hardware stores and some dollar stores

Yeah, I've had the same problem: the modes on the Zeta driver are stuck and wont move...
It was weird though, I was just using it normally.
Notes:
It is Hasbro (Not fake, bought it in the shops).
It was working before but now I have no idea what happened and what I should do.
It isn't used, it's new.
