Here are some tests I did with Absorb-S.

A few things to note as well.

1. Absorb-S doesn't seem to have good Burst Resistance for me.
2. Absorb-S won't Self-KO when hard launched. As its sharp tip gets more worn though, it will get more and more aggressive, which may increase the likelihood of Self-KOs. Mine is starting to wear some so I need to get another one soon™.

The Absorb-S is not bad but when you launch it it thinks it is absorbbreak and then it will go crazy and then it will burst

Wow wasn’t actually expecting that at all this may actually be used competitive wise for some combos

Strange. My Absorb-S seems to have great Burst Resistance. Must be Hasbro's inconsistencies. But I will agree when you say Absorb-S is weird. It seems to be a slightly more inconsistent Eternal-S, in the sense that it can be a bit more easily destabilized.

My absorb-s spring is better than some slingshock drivers but not as good as some alot of god/evolution drivers

i will say through some testing that abosrbS is better then the normal one but the 'feel' when using the original absorb is better
