Grand is a Stamina Type Layer Base that features two dragon heads that form the main points of contact with large wings, akin to a reversed Driger Slash. Like other Stamina Bases, Grand exposes less of a Gatinko Chip's teeth, slightly reducing the Chip's Burst resistance.
Despite the round shape, the size of the gaps between the wings and dragon heads creates sizable recoil, making Grand ill-suited for Stamina purposes. Furthermore, the wings themselves are hollow, reducing Outward-Weight-Distribution and subsequent Stamina potential. Finally, due to the nature of the GT Layer System, much of a Grand based Layer's weight will not be concentrated at the edges of the Layer, but closer to the center due to the shape of Layer Weights, further reducing Stamina potential.
==Overall==
Despite the Base's round shape, the hollow wings, recoil inducing gaps and weight distribution leaves Grand outclassed by pervious Layers such as Archer Hercules and Hell Salamander.
As such, Grand is recommended for collection purposes only.

Interesting though I did happen to put Grand Dragon 0(Expand) Absorb against Archer Hercules Outer Xtend+ (Stamina Mode) a week ago and it managed to win a majority of the battles like a 70% Win Rate (7/10 wins)

I can't agree or disagree yet, as I haven't tested out Dragon yet, but I would say instead of "akin to a reversed Driger Slash", why not "akin to Dranzer Spiral"? How has NOBODY noticed that yet??

Ragnarok's head faces the other way, and Dranzer S is more round like Grand.
