This is a STAMINA type, Cho-Z Layer, and is designed based on Milim Nava, who is a character of Japanese novel "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime".
(Just like Milim, its archetype, this Layer is very innocent and HARMLESS. XD)

Cho-Z Ability - Drago Nova: Two huge armor-like blades are able to catch the gaps on opponents' Layer, and hit with fatal blow. With the weight of large metal part, the power is deadly harmless for any Beyblade.

Cho-Z Ability - Satanael: When the layer get two clicks unlocked, the two metal blades would expand and thus move the weight distribution outwards. Both stamina and attack of the Bey would thus be enhanced.

There are 6 parts of this layer, which is listed below:

Milim5-Bottom

Among these parts, Blade, Body, Bottom and AvatarCore are necessary, And you will need 2 copies of Blade.
Armor1 and Armor2 are not necessary. If you don't make these two parts, although the performance of this layer would be different, it could be put on launchers and be used in battles. Also, these two are interchangeable.

If you want to make everything easy, you can directly 3D print all these parts.
And if you want it to be more competitive and you have access to metal manufacture such as CNC, you can make the Milim1-Blade metal. 4 screws are need to assemble the layer. And 2 springs is recommended, although not must-have, to put on this layer
And you can also try some different material such as rubber, which may result in different performance.
Warning: This layer could be super heavy if you make it metal, and it might damage other layers. I suggest you to make it plastic or some light metal such as aluminum.

With large dismeter and outer weight distribution, this disc could provide very good stamina. 
Also, its smooth shape, on the other hand, could reduce the air resistance when the Bey spins.

You will need metal manufacture to complete this disc. And the .stp file is necessary for it.
(End is reused because I made 2 copies when I make Earth Aquila, so that there is one extra End Disc for this Bey. XD)

The metal sharp tip couls reduce the friction with stadium when the Bey spins, thus improving the stamina. And a free-spin ring like Destory and Eternal is around the tip, and two bearings are put on to improve its LAD ability.
***This driver would not be able to be used on the bey if there is a Frame (But it is fine if you just use an Core disc like 0 or 10 without a Frame).

There are 4 files to make this driver. The tip (Energy4) and free spin ring (Energy3) are supposed to be Metal but you can simply make it plastic. You will need two bearings to complete this driver.
You need to get the white ring and the spring from another driver. You may also use those red lock and gold spring from Prime drivers such as X' or Hn'. But be careful that this may totally destroy that driver you get spring and lock from.
Also, you would need another two M2*8 screws to finally assemble every part of this driver.

As you download the .zip files, you need to extract the files and you would see a .stp file as well as a .stl file. The .stp file is a backup, and the ones who want to add something or modify the model can work on this file. And the .stl file is the one you would need for 3D print.

the tip is akin to jaggy, the sides has propeller like pinwheels that if the beyblade spin, the pinwheels get the drag and spin also.

inside is complicated contraptions connected to the jaggy tip and the proppelers,

purpose: the gimmick, it makes the beyblade go opposite of the beys natural spin

for example, a right spinning bey, with this tip it will go to the left instead of going to the right and vise versa

its meant to go with the flow of a opposite spinning opponent and do serious damage against a same spinning opponent by attacking straight aginst the opponent,
