Agreed. The person has got it early. I don't know from where do these people get it even before the official release..
@[Adarsh Abhinav], Japan and India have around the same timing, Japan is just 3 hours and 30 mins of India. But did you post in a joking way or were you serious about that?

RE: B-120 Starter Buster Xcalibur 1' Sword - Jinbee - Aug. 09, 2018

My thoughts:
Buster Xcalibur - The layer is definitely lighter than I thought, I thought it would at least pass the 20 grams mark but not quite. The attack power so far doesn't seem all that great, but it's still only one video. The sword isn't spring loaded like I would expect.
1' - This is heavier than I thought, but then again 1 only weighed around 21 grams so making it heavier would make sense.
Sword - It's about as Heavy as I expected and more aggressive than I would imagine on Xcalibur.

Overall, the balance sometimes seems better than the previous Xcaliburs, it could outspin Forneus which is impressive but again doesn't seem to demonstrate amazing attack so far but it is just stock so...

you mean octa not omega

fine but whatever

sword is heavier than anything other than octa, an obscure, non-retail special release, costing hundreds of dollars, and only rarely available on the japanese secondary market.

also, tN is a 2nd rate right spin attack layer, at best, in the cho-z era.

and smash attack on tN has always been a waste of time, even during the brief period when tN was an alpha layer

Wow, that's freaking disappointing. Well, guess Winning Valkyrie is still number 1.

Yep, sounds like a top tier like 0,12 and 7.

RE: B-120 Starter Buster Xcalibur 1' Sword - bblader/90 - Aug. 09, 2018

Winning Valkyrie could burst all those cho-zs even if its disc and driver are much lighter than the ones of Buster Xcalibur. bX is very disappointing so far...

wait what!!! 12 is a top tier!!!

It's so light, no stamina, no attack, no defence Just a bit of weight and Contact points made for lawn mowing?

as far as actual performance data, we have slightly more than absolutely nothing at this point...

let’s not be premature in our assertions

i continue to see tons of potential with bX
but if Sword is as good as it looks, odds are the bX layer and 1’ disc won’t both be great as well

TT doesn’t usually release 3 killer new parts together. odds are at least one will be “zeta’d”

How is 12 in the top tier tips? It's very light, damages other beyblades in some cases, has not much of an attack potential.

Yeah, but i'm talking about stock combos. wV showed immediately what it was capable of, even with the useless 12 disc and well...volcanic. That's saying something...
bX could be much stronger on other combos, as you rightly mentioned it will take some time to find the right parts for it since it hasn't even been released yet...

Can't wait for this bey to be released and the triple set I wonder how good would this combo be BX 2Dagger Ir

Yeah but the swords on the sword driver could cause scraping. This looks like it will be outclassed by iron

yes it might scrape, but we don’t know how severely yet.

either scraping in a pure attack combo is not a big deal anyways. stamina is already being compromised. yes there is an optimized range of what is acceptable, but it’s  pretty wide for most use cases involving flat drivers.

Still it could make the difference between a win and a loss in a tournament

12 allows for much better control and its easier to control Volcanic with 12, try to do it with 0 or 7. It won't work. It also allows for more speed. Weight isn't everything.

Since when weight everything in Beyblade, 12 allows for better flower pattern and speed.

The best you can do with Volcanic is weight it down as much as possible with 10/0 and Bump/Lift to get control over it, because speed is already something Volcanic has in excess to the point where it tends to fly out of the stadium. I have no clue why you think 12 increasing speed is good here when that only makes it more likely to go flying out, especially since it doesn't affect the flower pattern at all and Volcanic can barely hold that pattern anyways.

If we really wanted a lighter disk we'd be better off using 4 or 5, which were both run at some point in the competitive scene as viable alternatives.

RE: B-120 Starter Buster Xcalibur 1' Sword - MonoDragon - Aug. 10, 2018

What I can theorize from how Buster Xcalibur looks:

Layer: A stronger, heavier Sieg Xcalibur, though it probably has a higher Burst risk than Winning Valkyrie and it might struggle much more against Left Spin opponents. So we'll have three viable Attack Layers, Buster Xcalibur for Right Spin opponents, Bloody Longinus for Left Spin opponents and Winning Valkyrie for either of the two

Disk: A variation on 1, if it's heavier, than that's a good thing, better synergy with the Layer. If it's lighter, than it's a dust collector.

Driver: Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. The wide Jaggy-esque metal tip will have an even harder time maintaining a banking pattern than Iron (which also could only barely hold it), have less Stamina than Iron and the metal forks sticking out of it will create a scrape risk that no Frame could possibly make up for. Finally, taller heights on Attack Types never work out well

RE: B-120 Starter Buster Xcalibur 1' Sword - Valtryek Aoi - Aug. 10, 2018

Sword may not be so good but it makes up a bit with the power from Fourth Impact

Kind of reminds me how they tried to make up for Vise Leopard's Lift Disc Frame issue by giving it Destroy and the fact that Lift has pretty good power. Just need to watch out for scraping and Vise Leopard becomes way better. P.S. (If you don't mind losing weight and gaining speed you can take the Disc Frame off)
