So I purchased a bey online, the box said taraka tomy but when I opened the box the metal whe and clear wheel where lose, maybe the guy opened the box and swapped them, the bet is diablo nemisis, is this bey fake?

Fixed your link for you. You need to link directly to the image rather than the album to use an img tag
As for whether it's fake; I'd say it isn't fake, but it certainly looks used. Perhaps that's why it was loose.

Hey I'm sorry about the image, not much xp with uploading to forums, how does it look used? I put the stickers and used it abit and then I didn't like the eyes so I took them off, I used it abit but didn't battle another bey, just ripped it abit, how would I know if it's fake? I googled and found some fake diablo unboxings, I saw that the fake ones the metal wheel is super shiny and the guy in the video even said super Shiny and fake, but mine looks abit too dull

Yours is authentic. The metal wheel has to get dull after a bit of use and the stickers also look real. I think it's just a bit loose because it's a 4D metal wheel and has two seperate pieces of metal.

Yeah, the dullness was what led me to believe it was used.
Nonetheless, it certainly doesn't seem like a fake at all.

The metal is loose because it is a 4D wheel (so it can be able to perform a mode change).

No I meant the metal wheel and clear wheels plastic packet was loose inside the box and not tapped down to the cardboard in the box like the other parts were

Hm, that is abnormal since they are always taped, but perhaps the seller just had to open it at some point to take a photograph of the content?

So you guys say it's real(thank God) so how would I go about cleaning it up to get it back to a better condition? Like shiny again?

Well it seem real to me also.
Did you checked part's mold number? IIRC all og parts have mold number on em (this is easiest way to check if its og or fake.)

See both Metal Frame and Core have mold number.

Lol sorry i really couldnt find my box of Clear Wheel which had my nemesis and my X
. But basicly all MFB parts instead of Face Bolt have mold no. I think this is easiest and fastest way to check if its og or fake

If it was used and you bought it off eBay, you could get a refund under 'item not as described'. That is, if it was stated as New. But really it's only if you're unhappy with your purchase.
