Entry one is the better signature, but I feel that entry 2 fits the theme a little bit more, and really describes love better.

For once, and probably only one of the few I will vote in, I'll vote.
Entry 1: I see your theme. If you look into the sig closely, you'll understand.
Entry 2: Nice way to get striaght to the point. Although, the red heart kinda kills it. It should be lighter and
kinda transperent.
My vote goes to entry 1.

The colours in entry 1 are better; I like to the use of purple and grey rather then the typical pink that you'd expect for this theme.
The heart in entry 2 ruins it, it doesn't fit well with the background. My advice to the artist it to try more colours, pink alone doesn't work well.
