They're completely different with different faces in them.

Not just one. You get the Face for having continued support for Beywiki. Take a look at th!nk's or Shabalabadoo's amount of drafts, and you'll see that it's certainly not just a couple.

You have to earn credits by going to Tournaments and you trade in the credits for Face Boosters
You get 1 Credit for participating in a tournament.
You get 1 Credit for coming in 3rd
You get 2 Credits for coming in 2nd
You get 3 Credits for coming in 1st
You get 1 Credit for winning the majority of your matches

Orrrrrr, you can win a giveaway (such as a Face Contest or one of the monthly giveaways) or donate $10 for a Face Booster WHITE /BLACK II. To get the latter, you have to buy a Passport first, because that is more important.

Hopefully when the most recent NYC tournament is processed I will receive the DJ face for judging and the Emerald face for getting 15 victories.

DivineBladeR, Near, me, Sniper, and 2 others judged (I think je497 and one other member) at the tournament today.
Of course, these will be sent in officially when Divine gets to it, but that was who judged.

As soon as Dark sends in the fees for Hitsugiya's Awesome Birthday Bash, hopefully Arupaeo will process the duration of our tournaments so I spam up the recent Face Boosters.
Now that I think about it, I'm getting a defecationload of credits AND Faces...
