I feel like Aguma should be higher due to his brains and Chris would also be higher than Kenta because the B: D let him constantly produce spin.
I mean a reason Aguma would be in the last places is because even tho Kronos has strong stamina. It is said that Aguma has never won a battle on his own.

Nope, Rago is the strongest legendary/overall, then Ryuga/Gingka (these seem interchangeable for me), then Chris, then Kyoya, then Kenta (it’s heavily implied that the 4 seasons bladers are stronger), and the solar bladers seem interchangeable

Ryuga and Chris as they can generate spin. Although this is only if they can work together or stay out of each other’s way (this problem doesn’t arise in Gingka and Kenta).
