Phi is the best Villain. Prove me wrong. Red Eye in my opinion is a way to continue Valt's adventures, but his face reveal was nice lah, he's more of a power hungry blader than an evil destroyer.

Phi is the best Burst antagonist in being 'evil', yes, but like I said way back in the thread, Red Eye beats him in terms of character development by a huge margin.

If y’all think Phi and Red eye are the best villains you must have never heard of Boris. Also, I think Arthur is the best burst villain as he is the most realistic as well as legitimate villain they’ve had.

#1: yuu is my favorite anime character. ever.
#2: thedore glass aint here. he was the evilest, worst, most scheming serial killer ever. he freaking tortures, experiments on, and KILLS PEOPLE(people, not person). this dude is scary. he is a forty smth year old man kidnapping preteens and teenagers to torture and expriment on them in mexico.
