RE: Nintendo 3DS - milkychipz - Jan. 11, 2011 Damn it, hoping they will make an R43 Or Supercard 3 RE: Nintendo 3DS - milkychipz - Jan. 11, 2011 (Jan. 05, 2011 12:07 AM)pikabattler Wrote:(Jan. 03, 2011 3:24 PM)littlechipz Wrote: Wow, the 3DS is carp as. Seriously, no GBA support. Pure Fanboyism. What about importing Pokemon from Emerald ![]() Roan I too hat the design, I love the DS Phat though ^^ This is BS RE: Nintendo 3DS - To - Jan. 12, 2011 Rumor-Rumor-Rumor-Rumor-Rumor There is a rumor that the 3DS may be using friend codes. This is based on an article in Famitsu which stated that in multiplayer mode of a Capcom game, users enter their friends within the game via a code, rather than importing friends lists, and the such. It also appeared that the 3DS will not have a native trophy system outside of the pedometer item unlocks. However, this translation may not be 100% accurate, so I can't say the 3DS will be using an online infrastructure that was outdated, and insane back when the DS launched in 2004. Rumor-Rumor-Rumor-Rumor-Rumor RE: Nintendo 3DS - Serotonin - Jan. 14, 2011 3DS is just one underwhelming announcement after another. ;[ RE: Nintendo 3DS - Crimson - Jan. 19, 2011 Nintendo just held a little press event. March 27th in North America, for $250 RE: Nintendo 3DS - Ultimate - Jan. 19, 2011 (Jan. 19, 2011 3:42 PM)Crimson Wrote: Nintendo just held a little press event.and March 25th in Europe; UK retailers listing handheld for £229 RE: Nintendo 3DS - To - Jan. 19, 2011 They confirmed the weak battery life as well: Charge Time: About 3.5 hours Battery Duration: When playing Nintendo 3DS software about 3-5 hours. When playing Nintendo DS softwareabout 5-8 hours. Battery duration differs depending on the brightness setting of the screen. Theinformation regarding battery duration is a rough standard. It can be shorter depending on whatfunctions of the Nintendo 3DS system are used. On the bright side, Friend Codes are real! How is that a good thing? Well, it's just one friend code for the system, rather than an individual code for each game (like on the DS and Wii). There will also be a (likely limited given it's Nintendo) friends list where you can see what they're up to. Although, many hands-on have reported illness attributed to the 3D screen, like headaches and such... RE: Nintendo 3DS - Fua - Jan. 28, 2011 Hopefully, Nintendo will release a battery expansion pack like Sony did for the PSP 3000. That way, we don't have to constantly charge the 3DS. RE: Nintendo 3DS - To - Jan. 28, 2011 I wonder how all those who were boasting on how powerful the 3DS was compared to the PSP feel now ![]() Despite my obvious slant, I'll end up with both. I always do. Nintendo says as much, and for children not to use it. The reason is that there is the possibility of damaging the eye’s balance and inducing squinting/strabismus. This was on a blog but a forum "forced" the Doctor to remove the content, hah. http://blog.livedoor.jp/eyedoctor/archives/51596758.html RE: Nintendo 3DS - kayneargand - Feb. 13, 2011 The entire console looks solid and I'm definitely going to buy it at launch with a TON of the games. I'm buying mainly for Megaman Legends 3. My only qualms with this console is the fact that my Acekard won't work on it. *sad* RE: Nintendo 3DS - Azlanslayer - Feb. 16, 2011 Going to buy 3DS, the console looks awesome. Saving money starting from last week for this console. Totally going to love the new games as the graphics are much much better than the old DS. Sadly my R4 won't work! But still i can play on my NDSL! RE: Nintendo 3DS - Dude - Feb. 16, 2011 I'll buy it... But only when Paper Mario 3DS comes out. The rest doesn't really interest me (Except for the stuff made by Atlus) RE: Nintendo 3DS - Pony - Feb. 17, 2011 I wonder what already 3D games will look like in it. RE: Nintendo 3DS - Azlanslayer - Feb. 18, 2011 How much will 3DS costs around? RE: Nintendo 3DS - Thresher - Feb. 18, 2011 (Feb. 18, 2011 8:18 AM)Azlanslayer Wrote: How much will 3DS costs around? The answer can literally be found on the previous page, you could easily find this information on google. It cost $250 or £229. RE: Nintendo 3DS - ControL_ - Feb. 18, 2011 £199 in UK actually. ToysRus are offering deals, free delivery ect. The 3D is really fab. New anti-hack systems has been reinforced tones of times, i'm gonna enjoy watching R4 companies try and tap in. Tried it in HongKong, the graphics are so much better than DSi's, love the adjustable 3D. RE: Nintendo 3DS - DranzerX13 - Mar. 03, 2011 I just completely pre-ordered and paid off mine. 25 more days till it's released in North America. ^__^ $249.99 is expensive for a handheld, but this is extremely worth it. Also buying Samurai Warriors Chronicles for it as well. RE: Nintendo 3DS - Glad Hatter - Mar. 03, 2011 I'm gonna wait the painfully long time until it goes down to $200. But the Console would seriously be worth i the full amount! Especially because The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time has been made into a game for it! RE: Nintendo 3DS - MLdragoMaster - Mar. 12, 2011 13 more days for the 3DS XDXDXD anyway have this countdown sig that 3DSBuzz have given away. RE: Nintendo 3DS - Dude - Mar. 12, 2011 It's coming out so soon? Wow. I'll probably wait a little before buying it, but I'll definitly buy it, if only because BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II is going to be on it (That and the myriad of other very interesting games, like Paper Mario 3(DS?), the many Shin Megami Tensei titles, that Kid Icarus stuff and even Tales of the Abyss (If it gets released) ) And, by the time the PSP2 comes out, I'll probably have made enough money, again. RE: Nintendo 3DS - To - Mar. 12, 2011 BlazBlue is a PSP port, and not a good one (everything was made with the PSP in mind, not the 3DS), so I'd stay away of that. Same goes for SMT: Devil Survivor Overclock, except it's a DS port. RE: Nintendo 3DS - Dude - Mar. 12, 2011 Awesome, you just scratched off half the games of my list XD Well, better wait a little more, then, just to be on the safe side. RE: Nintendo 3DS - Wizard - Mar. 12, 2011 Sadly, I'm probably gonna have to wait until Christmas to get a 3DS. And that's if I'm lucky. Looks like I better find a job this summer. My dad is gonna be buying a company soon, I asked him if he's really gonna buy it. He said yes. If he does, he's giving me a summer job. This is where my 3DS money will come from. What's convinced me to get the 3DS is the release of Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time 3D. Also Kid Icarus: Uprising. I really like the original Kid Icarus. I'm having some pretty high hopes for this game. I'm also dying to find out if Nintendo will release Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask for 3DS. This was one of my favorite Zelda games, so I'm hoping it will be on there. That, or a different Zelda game.
