[Episode 19-21/Chapter 5]
Lane accepts Hyuga and Hikaru's challenge to battle. In the first round Lane ring outs both of the brothers. In the second round the brothers work together and smash him from both sides, getting a ring out on Lane. Lane gets mad and in the 3rd round easily bursts the duo. While their pieces are in the stadium Lucifer goes in to shatter them, but Shu comes and calls out to Lane, getting him to stop. It gets late in the day so everyone heads back to the city. While near the Beigoma Academy Beyclub Shu meets up with Valt, and Shu says he's working on a new project.

[Episode 22-25/Chapter 6]
Hyuga is scared that his bey was almost broken while Hikaru was impressed by Lane's power, but they both agree they have to get stronger. While out training at the Victories Delta is showing off his new bey, Abyss/Death Diabolos. Drum is impressed, and Hyuga and Hikaru find the Victories and come in, wanting to battle. They decide to face Delta, who also has a Super King bey. Delta beats Hikaru with Abyss and Hyuga with Death. Its lunch time so Hikaru and Hyuga leave, but will come back for a rematch. Drum gets inspired and evolves his Dragon. When the 2 come back, Drum has a Super king bey. They have a 2 on 2 battle with Drum and Delta vs Hikaru and Hyuga. Abyss knocks out Super, and Dragon and King have such a big clash both of them are smashed out of the stadium. Delta and Drum win, but Drum says they're strong and should train even more.

[Episode 26-29/Chapter 7]
Its almost time for the legends festival and the brothers are close to A Rank so they can be in it. They think if they can take out a strong blader it'll get them enough points, so they go to find one. They find Aiga at his farm, who just made a Super King bey. The challenge Aiga to a 2 vs 1 battle, and Aiga burst them both. Hikaru and Hyuga are a bit down but they come across Beigoma Academy Beyclub, Where they get Toko and Nika's help to make new moves. Hyuga uses hyperions blades to hit the wallas and propel himself around the stadium, and calls the move Super Boost. Hikaru has Helios circle around the center so he can take the center and blow back other beys, and calls his new move King Shield. The next day Hikaru and Hyuga go to get a rematch with Aiga. Hikaru blows Achilles away from the center and Hyuga smashes it with Super BOost, and they burst Achilles together. Aiga is impressed, and the 2 brothers are now A Rank.
