The certificate expiration is a problem on the website servers side, not yours.

Temp-banning isn’t the same as banning. Being temp-banned is just a period of time where you cannot post.
Just don’t worry about it, he should be back to posting soon, hopefully in a day. …unless he has collected quite a bit a warning percentage then it can last longer

Oh, I don't know, look at some of the posts he's made. I can think of a dozen reasons for him to receive a tempban.
But seriously, if he was tempbanned, he would've received a PM explaining why, and for what. More than likely he's just having technical difficulties.
