The pearl face is a Facebooster. It contains another face of a beyblade, you can recieve the face booster by redeeming 4 credits in Bladers Rewards. The Prize hunter face is for redeeming credits, if you have enough in the Bladers rewards. You'll need 30+

We just had a tournament and he won more then 5 there. You guys all aiming for the onyx face I just reached enough wins for a sapphire.

Fair enough, but as there isn't a description-less face sitting above Onyx right now, it begs the question: will there be a win-based face after Onyx?... And if so, how many wins? 200?

Maybe... That's the Diamond Face, right? I'm guessing it's 150 wins, since there's also the Pearl Face which could be for 200... Then again, that could be the other way around.
