The Layer was always defence, legend Spriggan layer was attack type, but 7.Mr made it Balance type.

Guardian Kerbeus as a layer is a defense type, it was labelled as such. The only reason it was a stamina type was because it uses "Heavy Revolve", and it wasn't the prime focus of the set, Zeus was. Not to mention that Kukulcan doesn't have as much prominence as Kerbeus, Kukulcan doesn't look anything like Turn K, like, there is no resemblance at all. It could very easily be anything else.

Actually the community classified lS as an Attack type Layer. TT classified it as a Balance type Layer.

It's not too far fetched to assume that, I think it's probably either Kraken or Knight as well, unless they're Hasbro exclusives. It's certainly much more credible than thinking Turn K will be Kukulcan or Garuda.

I was thinking (far before Turn-K was teased) that a Garuda evolution would probably be blue, look like Aero Knight MS, and go to Koji Konda. It wasn't until the codename Turn-K was revealed that I started thinking that it won't be a Garuda, but a similar line.

Not necessarily, Guardian Kerbeus was a minor beyblade that wasn't the big focus of it's set nor appeared in the anime, so it was easy to slap a random combo for it. Saying Egis will have Planet presumably just because their gimmicks have one similarity is like saying Tornado Wyvern might come with Cycle, it just doesn't make sense, and both examples involve a defense layer + stamina driver situation too. For all I know, Egis could be just a minor part of the set, but considering they really wanted to advertise it in Corocoro, it just seems unlikely to me.

so,now we only have to know who are CZ-3 and Turn-K (and the january/february boosters,if we follow the other seasons of burst)
with that said,I was looking for that 309.249.870.251 new names that Hasbro recently "registered",and searched for the names that matches more the beyblade sillhouettes (and initials).
let's start with Turn-K,the easiest one because we know what is the initial letter:
the only names that I've found with the letter K in that list (I could have missed one,idk) are:
Kraken K4
Knight K4
in my opinion,both actually match the sillhouette to me,because it could be Knight,and be a refenrece to Aero Knight MS like Garuda was a reference to Trypio,and that contact points could be shaped like tentacles I guess.
now,the most intriguing one,CZ-3,we don't know the initials of it's name so this will all be based on the shape of the layer:
so,the layer seems to have some type of..."claw things" in the contact points,that's the most...distinctive part of the sillhouette I think?,so I was looking for the names that resembled the most a clawed creature,and then,I found (the ones in Bold are the ones that I think are most likely to actually be Cz-3):
Ogre O4
Cyclops O4
Sphinx S4
Gargoyle G4
I think Sphinks and Gargoyle are the mostlikely to be,because...just because I think they match more wiith the shape,really.For Sphinx,I could very well see that shape as a lion-based beyblade (wich is one of the motifs from sphinx,a....Lion with the head of a man),it could also kinda explain why that shape is so...disproportional,maybe,afterall the sphinx is all broken and all. For Gargoyle,I could also see the bigger circular blades being like,the wings and the claws being...well,the claws. Also,the claws in this sillhouette lokks much more "demonic" than normal lion claws,but this is just me.
but I could very well be completely wrong and these beyblades's names being none of the ones from the list and just be revealed later...

Also,it is a start r,means it has ALL new parts,but z Achilles already has a driver upgrade,so there is little possibility but maybe it gets 2 driver upgrades

It looks more like a clone of Aero Knight MS, and since Hasbro has confirmed Knight K 4 as one of their products, I think there should be very little argument...
