I think Drum is my favourite. Not based on ability. I really enjoy his personality. He gives me the feeling of obsessive joy for something just for fun. He reminds me of myself screaming "Dranzer!" as a kid and just having too must fun and taking it way too serious.

Valt for me because he never gave up and that's what true protagonist is.Sure other pros did too but for me Valt stood out.

Honestly to me I would say all the protagonists are good and tbh the word "best" would be a bit too much don't you think?
I actually like them all.
Tyson because of the way he and Dragoon connect and how he shows everyone why he is the World Champion and Strongest Blader there is in OG.
Gingka because he shows beyspirit and tbh I liked how he showed good sportsmanship to other bladers.
Zyro Im not much for him but I like how he shows persistence and motiviation like Gingka did and never gives up on anyone. A good example is in his final battle against Kira even though Kira had done terrible things he was willing to save him because he was his friend.
Valt its kinda obvious why.
Aiger not only does he resonate with Achilles and have a bond with him but he redeemed himself after the corrupted resonance and earn his partner's trust again.
Dante just cause IDK he has a great bond with Dragon.
Hikaru and Hyuga well just have to wait and see
