I mean its good for when the driver activates. But for the stamina defintely not.
I would put the Ultimate Reboot´ in the B Tier list

I think so, it has decent attack, and a surprising amount of stamina and LAD, kind of in between Destroy’ and most rubber attack drivers like Jolt’ and Xtreme’.
