It's easy to level up, just pwn your rival, go to the league, and done( did this with empoleon)
Pokemon Diamond: 2 years( FULLY COMPLETED)
Pokemon Black: 11 months(FULLLY COMPLETED)
SSBB: 3 years(HARDCORE)
