RE: Winning Combinations. - Byerg - Aug. 13, 2012 You should already be buying Dragooons for the MFB format >_> RE: Winning Combinations. - Dark_Mousy - Aug. 14, 2012 (Aug. 13, 2012 11:32 PM)Coach Wrote: Man and I was kind of holding off buying Zero-Gs for a bit and dabbling with plastics, but it looks with the new format, (which is slowly sucking me in) I may have to buy a few Dragoons for sure... Trust me Zero G is fun. Dragooon is broke. Not much can handle it right now in the BB10 stadiums. RE: Winning Combinations. - Angry Face - Aug. 14, 2012 Eh... That's debatable, but this isn't quite the place to discuss it. ![]() RE: Winning Combinations. - Demonic - Aug. 14, 2012 (Jul. 09, 2012 6:23 AM)Hitsugiya Wrote: Bringing the Texas Heat!, Houston, TexasThere. Fixed. I used Diablo with an RF.... And I recieved my Flash, VariAres, Beat and Duo right when I got back lol. I'm like the only TX attack user.... EDIT: Not saying I use Duo for Attack... I'm off topic, but Phantom was a combo I found GOOD, as it could somehow outspin <145 heights with any tip, including WD, and sometimes even KO them. Strange. Also, when it was mint, it reliably KOed MF Basalt 230CS in attack mode (which is outclassed). EDIT: Just found this topic.... But anyway I ended up getting KO'd twice which was what I thought I'd be doing the reason why I used Phoenic on top. It was something I messed around with at home but the eds obviously had too much recoil and ended up getting KO'd myself. On Diablo the CS was super fresh lots of aggressive movement right away, and I've seen Diablo ___ BD145ES KO opponents so I thought having a little extra stamina might give it the chance for a late KO or even OS. I also had a great battle which I came out on top the round before the loss vs. a Flash by Phantom W, which I won 3-2 with some very hard KO's. I was not expecting that Phantom Nemesis BD145MB combo, though when I saw it I wasn't worried thought I'd win again but lost 2-3. Not besides Phantom W, usually I'm the main attack user but seeing I use them so much I was worried people would expect me too... I could have gone through the tournament with my Flash the entire time again to be honest looking back. RE: Winning Combinations. - Kei - Sep. 04, 2012 FESTIVE FALL (Zero-G Format) 1st: JesseObre - MSF-H Revizer Dragooon B:D / MSF Ifraid Ifraid CH120CF 2nd: Kei - (MSF) Revizer Dragoon B:D / Phoenic Phoenic E230GCF 3rd: Bitix - Ifraid Killerken W145JSB 4th: Phoenic - Pheonic Saramanda E230CF The brackets on MSF in the first custom I've listed mean that I alternated between using it and not using it a few times. I went 6-3 today, which was partially due to my ignorance on what I should use against some combos ... but just like when MFB first started, I will learn with time, aha. One thing I didn't understand though, was how Bitix was able to use the combo listed above to beat Phoenic's E230CF combo, yet Revizer Dragooon 160JSB could not! I tested the same combo, but with Revizer Revizer prior to our battle against Phoenic Phoenic E230GCF, and it did well, but then going into our battle, I figured using Dragooon would be even better, since it was a) heavier, b) allowed for spin stealing, and c) could destabilize more efficiently. However, that didn't end up being the case, obviously! I lost by outspin in most of the battles. :S Also, Phoenic placed 4th, but he did do well in the block play, going 4-0 with just that custom; he switched it up a bit in the finals, but didn't do as well. RE: Winning Combinations. - *Ginga* - Sep. 04, 2012 Hmm, interesting. Got some things to pick up!
