I think it's because there are mainly booster and kids don't buy them because it doesn't come with a launcher
And the owner of the beys in the anime are not major or strong characters

I guess kids are getting smarter though... They have had good sale on wave 3 even neptrius... So we can maybe expect a careful import and some smart kids to try and help the sale increase.

Q1. Indian beys are the exact same beys as found in Japan...

Q2. For the most part, yes. But not all are... The only difference between God and dual layer is God beys mostly have gimmicks and Dual Layers are the benchmark of bursts... They don't have a specific gimmick...
