MY WILD SPECULATION about what's happening.
Hasbro and Walmart are partners right? So due to Walmart being a partner of Hasbro and they being situated in India have got in Hasbro beyblades? And due to TT being the official supplier of India, they even have to keep TT beys in their shelves?
So maybe this Hasbro collection is restricted only to Walmart or is Walmart exclusive and is not being officially brought in by Funskool but by Walmart itself!
Again, this is just my wild speculation.

This might be real , In India there are only a few outlets of Walmart ( and that too in Metro-cities ) , So they might keep it Walmart exclusive and might only be available in Walmart.

Don't forget Hasbro have SLOPES , ( EX : Their S2 was a lot better than TT's S2 , So people might go for Hasbro )
