I’m sure Hasbro has a reason for increased prices as they don’t make us pay more without good reason. I’m sure Hasbro has a reason for increased prices as they don’t make us pay more without good reason. Well, the weird tips was more of Hasbro’s way of giving us cheaper beyblades as not everyone can afford 20 to 40 dollar beyblades. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - JoMario67 - Nov. 09, 2020 I should mention that the current price was around $10 USD. It might update later, but it looks to be cheaper than Switchstrike still, for now at least RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BeyCrafter - Nov. 09, 2020 (Nov. 09, 2020 2:37 AM)JoMario67 Wrote:(Nov. 09, 2020 2:33 AM)g2_ Wrote: I'm impressed, I wonder if Wheel is the same. Actually, I already did a comparison and the Disc is actually the same size as the TT version, however it is hollowed out according to the model in the app. But I believe the Disc should still be pretty heavy, at least the weight of 00 by itself. Maybe lighter, but 100% it is over 20 grams. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BeybladeFanOff - Nov. 09, 2020 I love this Glide Roktavor, I hope than Speed Storm will be better than Hypersphere... Hasbro doesn’t have to follow TT you know.Yeah, but that's a very unnecessary change. It kind of brings in tanks. Seeing as Hasbro doesn’t believe in weak springs (bearing is guilty as charged), the next best thing to do is tank the weight. I doubt that the smaller disk will make a problem to glide’s overall performance due to the SPM driver. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BeybladeFanOff - Nov. 09, 2020 According to my source, Hasbro wants his own "game". So, we will not get the same gimmick than Takara in the futur (with Burst). This is insane and I love what Hasbro is doing with this. The back of the box also confirms the little wing gimmick of the bey and honestly, they might be compatible with rise's layer bases. Wow, for once, it doesn’t look awful. This is an interesting package design to say the least and besides the fusion of the chassis, this looks much more on par with SS. I’d say this looks in between SS and Switchstrike right now, which is definitely a step in the right direction for Hasbro. It could also be a step in the wrong direction. The good part of Hasbro is that they were cheap, meaning that almost anyone could afford them. Now imagine what would happen if the prices increased, it means the high-low income constituents wouldn’t get it, and the low-middle class would lose interest in getting it for their kids which would lose interest for kids in general, meaning a loss in Beyblade interest. Alright I'm sold. Roktavor has its gimmick AND looks nice?! Hasbro i think I treated you too harshly. But, it still costs $10 as of right now and there hasn't been a price increase. So maybe the prices don't get increased, and then this would be awesome if they still cost as much as Rise and Slingshock beys do. Only time will tell. Really? I thought there was a price increase because Zankye said so in his video. It's on this website (https://www.walmart.com/ip/Beyblade-Burst-Surge-Speedstorm-Glide-Roktavor-R6-Starter-Pack/423452814) for $10, and maybe it'll change later, but for now those prices don't seem to be too accurate, for America at least RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - DeltaZakuro - Nov. 09, 2020 I don't think anybody noticed but TT's Wheel has the smaller prongs like Paradox while Hasbros Wheel has the normal sized prongs. I can't be the only one who caught that. Same here... I hope Hasbro do the white recolour from the anime, I always preferred that one, but still, Hasbro is STARTING to learn from their mistakes. Keep in mind that it was for Canada since those prices were grabbed at a Toys R Us, I only did the conversion for American assuming it was the same as said in that video. Right now as it seems, Canadian prices have increased while for American it stays the same. |
