Likely, although there is a self KO risk so you have to make sure to launch it properly.
Did anyone test out any other Rise drivers?

Did anyone test out any other Rise drivers? Why would we need to? All Hypersphere drivers have a KO risk outside of their own stadium.

We have found another counter to LS, and it’s a Hasbro counter. Looks like Rise isn’t that bad after all. I mean, it gave us the Hasbro equivalent to TT Xtend+. Anyways, LS was only able to OS S4 once and S4 Self-KO’ed once as well. There were quite a few ties, by the way.
would dimension-s (lowest mode) Work as well as rise-h? I’ve been using it and dimension-s doesn’t seem to scrape when it loses stamina.

Well, yes Lord Spriggan did get beat by hasbro Tbf I was able to os LS.00C.Xt+ same spin with B3.St.Br so it's not the biggest stretch.

Yeah, but this was in opposite spin and it did it consistently. Did B3 on St Br beat it consistently out of interest?

Yeah, but this was in opposite spin and it did it consistently. Did B3 on St Br beat it consistently out of interest? Decently yeah. They are about the same same spin stamina wise. As I said 00E.Rs-S is really good in opposite spin and so is tS4. Hasbro winning in opposite side is not nearly as impressive as beating it same spin.

Yeah, but I never expected it to consistently outspin Xtend+. This is a top tier LS combo. Like I said I feel Xtend+ is overrated if something like Hasbro Bearing can beat it opposite spin.

Isn’t the whole reason people use wall or Vanguard on bearing is that it doesn’t scrape because bearing doesn’t let it?

Isn’t the whole reason people use wall or Vanguard on bearing is that it doesn’t scrape because bearing doesn’t let it? No, I mean when W.Br is hit around, it can scrape,a lose tons of stamina, and potentially self KO. Plus W.Br is generally worse in same spin because of said scrape issues.

Ah, I see what you mean now. Does that mean something like bump would be better in same spin? I recommend expand. It's almost as good as wall with not falling over with not scraping in same spin. Though it's not as good as Wall in opposite spin and not as good as Sting in same spin.
RE: Turbo Spryzen S4 Testing and Discussion - kjrules17 - Feb. 04, 2020
Finally got around to doing some Turbo Spryzen S4 testing of my own. The Layer weighs 16.36 grams when I checked it.
I also decided to make some changes to my testing style.
1. I shelved testing Hasbro Layers for Attack. The reason is because I realized that the testing I was doing for it wouldn't be as useful compared to testing a Hasbro Layer against TT stuff like Perfect Phoenix, Lord, Master, etc. (which I don't have) to see if it can consistently Knock-Out or Burst them. Though I kinda doubt they can to be honest because of many of our parts lacking in the weight department. Also, Burst Limited isn't out yet but once it is and the banlist has been confirmed, I'll have a better idea of what Attack tests to do for that metagame. As of right now, Layers like Turbo Spryzen S4 are only legal in Burst Standard. Trying to use them for Attack nowadays just won't cut it really, I feel like you'd probably better off using Hasbro parts in Spin-Equalizing Combos. But if anyone has tests that show otherwise, that'd be good to know.
2. I will always include Fafnir F3 and Kerbeus K4 (Guardian, not Hazard) in my testing moving forward. While you'd probably be better off using Spryzen Requiem S3 or Balkesh B3 over Fafnir F3, I feel like its matchups can still be somewhat useful info. And for Kerbeus K4, it has some of the best Opposite Spin Stamina I've seen so I definitely want to know how other Layers do against it.
3. I changed the combos used in the testing. Originally, I used 7 Bearing and 7 Atomic for the Stamina testing. But after doing some Burst Classic testing with the tight Revolve from Asteroid Zeutron Z3, it gave me the idea of trying to incorporate tight Drivers into my non-Burst Classic testing as well to get more data with Out-Spins as the outcome. The more Out-Spins I can get, the more data I can have in comparing the Stamina between two parts. In addition, I want to save my Bearings for specific combo testing as well as tournaments. The combos I'll be using now for the Stamina testing will be Sting (Takara Tomy) Liner-S (Battle Ring Mode) in Same Spin and 00Bump Atomic in Opposite Spin.
But with that all out of the way, let's get into the testing.
Because Turbo Spryzen S4 is a Dual Spin Layer, I had 4 categories of Stamina testing to do: Same Spin with it in Right, Same Spin with it in Left, Opposite Spin with it in Right, and Opposite Spin with it in Left.
Turbo Spryzen S4 was compared to Balkesh B3, Caynox C3, Fafnir F3, Garuda G3, Kerbeus K4, and Spryzen Requiem S3.

Once again, I already tested Turbo Spryzen S4 vs. Spryzen Requiem S3 in Opposite Spin (Turbo Spryzen S4 in Right, Spryzen Requiem S3 in Left), so it again wouldn't make sense to test them again but with the spin directions switched.
For the most part, Turbo Spryzen S4's Same Spin performance didn't really surprise me much, as it's just like Cho-Z Spriggan in that regard. It can lose Same Spin Stamina-wise because it just gets destabilized so much. I was kinda surprised at how it did against Spryzen Requiem S3 and Fafnir F3 in Same Spin though. In Opposite Spin, it actually did better than I thought. While there are Layers that can shut it down like Balkesh B3 and Garuda G3, it tied so many times with Kerbeus K4. So even though it lost that matchup, I feel like it's still closer than you think. Didn't expect it to do so well against Spryzen Requiem S3, Caynox C3, and Fafnir F3 in Opposite Spin too.
But yeah, these were just some tests comparing Turbo Spryzen S4's Stamina to a few other Hasbro Layers. This certainly isn't the end all, be all with it, as I'm sure we still have more discoveries to make with this Layer. And even though it did lose to some of these Layers in Same and/or Opposite Spin, I still think it can be pretty good when used correctly. Like that 00Expand Rise-H Combo from bladekid for example. It's pretty interesting, not gotta lie. Someday, I might try it out in a Burst Standard tournament.
