No, that blue bey is 100% legit. That bey is known as Roller Hayate. It was one of those Hasbro Beyblades that comes with the figure. Pretty much like Grypholeon.

Well I couldn’t blame you for thinking that this bey is fake. Hasbro made So MANY recolours of this bey, Grypholeon, Salamuleon, and other beys. But then again, Hasbro is known to have Plastic Gen beys with Crazy colour combinations.??????????
But other 3rd parties, they cannot make this bey as a fake.

There are many, Like Rapidity, and others. This one is a knock off, So It's most likely "unbranded"
