Entry 2
Entry 1 has a nicely presented background, but the Character was badly cut, which shows a very bad pixelated outline...
Entry 2 has a nicely presented BG too, and the character was neatly cut, but since it is quite white I believe it should have had a border and the text left out...
overall I believe entry 2 was the better of the two...

Well, Let me state my opinions.
1. The Background draws you away frm the render. The C4D is...not likeable
2. I don't like the text too much but its not BAD.
Therefore I see less problems with 2.
My vote is towards Entry 2.
