No, People go Ultra Crazy Mad for plastic's these Day's ... Blade's are probably worth far more now, then they ever where. For instance I just sold a NIB's Takara Apollon for around $140USD's. I also saw JR_Tiger sell his NIB's Takara Apollon on eBay for $350USD's (and yes he got paid, I talked with him about it.), and sometime last year I remember a user here was trying to sell his Mint Takara Apollon for only $50USD's and he was having a little trouble selling it, so you can see that the price's for Rare Blade's have Shot up extremely high in the past few month's .... Which is a good thing for people who are selling, but a bad thing for people who are buying. :\

Of coz we are happy about plastics. We love plastics and HMS beys in this committee. Both generation beyblades have been quite attractive to most collectors and bladers worldwide. So, that is a YES to your question.
I might go very intense with purchasing plastic beyblades since I am going to attempt and create the 5 bit beast from that rock that was shown in Beyblade V Force / Beyblade 2002.
These are bit beast / beyblades not released from that rock thing-- Wild Fox, Sickle Weasel, Phantom Spider, Tyranno and Klarken (a squid bit beast). So I will be sure to get as many plastic beys from ebay as possible. Good luck to all collectors too.

That's why I suggest you should cancel the bidder's bid if you see someone offer you $1000 or more for the item. It's a way to protect yourself.

i actually did the stupid thing (cancel the bid which required mutual agreement)
that guy simply said the bey was too expensive and the case is closed
i can do nth and it turned out that i hv to pay hundred dollars of transaction fee.

but i feel totally bad on the issue today
i set up a new account with the CORRECT credit card data entered
i also connected my new to paypal account, so there must not be anything wrong
and then i tried on selling beys and buying some cards im interested
YET! ebay sent me multiples of emails telling me that im not a SAFE BUYER at all
that happened after i purchased 3 cards and asked for the total amount i should pay to the seller!
WTF, ebay even said i would harm the seller / buyer through transactions
plus it said my ac was banned! i seeked help from local ebay chat
and i sent an email simply complaining this whole ridiculous thing
i was bidding on a card which gonna end tmr morning (it's 23:19 in HK)
so im damn disappointed on what ebay did to me

Because of what eBay has done to you, it made me not confident to set up paypal for my ebay account which I will be using to buy things in the future. eBay has really let me down this time, that they really did things like that without knowing that it was the bidder's fault. The bidder insanely or purposely bid to a huge amount of money that the bidder himself can not pay.
So, it's definitely the bidder's problem. They should have banned his account ! Not yours.

and that makes sellers suffered
it's okay for buying stuff from eBay but reli not for sale
unless u reli hv huge confident on the amount of money u will get
and, I still can't get why I got problem like today
totally disappointed that it thought I hv threats againsts anyone
but the problem is I hv registered a credit card properly!
