thanks guys! I feel more confident now and I'll try and get a good bey or 2 from him! But you say near the lower end, but the only cheaper people are rapidity...BAD, and then everyone is like 50p apart so he's the lowest priced top rated seller I can find

If you are patient, you can wait and bid on Beys that are on eBay as auction and not buy-it-now. I have won some for ridiculously low prices that way.

I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't be spending $150 on a bey that the current owner can't even take the time to photograph properly. I just wouldn't have the confidence level that the goods are legit or that the seller (who mainly sells Pokemon cards) hasn't had their account hijacked. There are some previous beyblade sales, but none over 10 quid...

Are you the seller? If so, then retaking the pics on a clean white or other neutral color background with good lighting and good focus should be your first priority.
The picture of the MSUV RC is out of focus and it makes it impossible to tell the actual condition of the tip, and using an array of Pokemon cards as a background just clutters the visual space and makes it very hard to actually see the condition of the whole bey itself.
This should increase the interest and confidence of potential buyers.
