No actually, rA A4 has D49 which is 6(You can see on the box.) The only reason it had the 0 disk was that there were a few Beyblades already mixed and matched like Minoboros who has a 0 Disk but was customized. I should've clarified that in the video but regardless it does come with the 10 disk.

I just felt like saying this only once.
Ever since the anime had given the possibility for Beyblade special moves to actually exist in real life, even including the final awakening of Victory Valtryek and Winged Launch, I wanted to have each bey and have them do incredible moves like they would. The problem is, I don’t ever do online purchases, and this is what is going to downfall the way I like Hasbro. I wanted Strike Valtryek and Ultimate Reboot to exist. But Hasbro was letting me down for the past year. Strike Valtryek’s gimmick was supposed to be locked up wings to create critical strikes and Ultimate Reboot was supposed to be the the variation of Reboot, but Hasbro let me down on that one. I even wanted to see 3 and Hit as a Forge Disc and frame on Twin Noctemis, but they wouldn’t include it. Why is Hasbro doing this? I don’t think Hasbro’s doing a good job anymore... in fact, Hasbro was a complete letdown, sand I’m stuck with only Hasbro’s Beyblades. How shameful is that? I don’t think Hasbro’s following by the book, especially since I didn’t know they actually tanked the metal fury series.

I just want to give one small question.. Will they at least try to bring Strike Valtryek and Twin Noctemis back?
