No I counted because we know he is 11 in s1-2. So the s1-3 characters are all about 2 years older in the sparking manga than they are in the anime?

According to the wiki, it has a 1 year gap apparently. Valt was 11 during Burst S1/God, Valt was 13 during Chozetsu, 14 during Gachi and 15 during Sparking.
