I have good endurance and explosive speed, but I can't keep up my endurance without sacrificing speed lol
1 mile for me is easy, but going all out I am completely finished at full sprint.

you should've stuck with running! I've been running since I was 5 but I was a sprinter back then and didn't get into long distance until 7th grade so cross country's pretty much my strong sport! Grin

yeah I could maybe run a mile 2 if I tried hard and struggled the problem was that I had to run with my dad and as of now or schedules don't really fit :\ he works from 7 PM to 7 AM and my schedule is so tight that usually my longest time at home spent awake is befor I go to school Unhappy

haha cool lol I will run on a plane slope tomorrow, we have been doing incline runs because my MMA gym found a place to do them. (Florida is very flat/ at sea level lol)

Since we're on the topic of work and stuff, my dad works in a railroad yard, hard work, and then there's a chemical plant that spreads battery acid, and it's a requirement for my dads job for everyone to wear breathing masks, my dad works at PARSEC Railroad Yard in Commerce, CA.

so he works at the Kellog's plant in Rossville, TN he makes eggo waffles there I think he's a lab tech and he spends 7 PM to 7 AM in a lab checking the waffles XD they make hundreds of thousands of waffles a day and when he's there that's all he eats but he eats them toasted without anything on them because they don't have Syrup and he's not allowed to bring stuff like that XD once he brought back 160 Nutri-Grain Waffles and some Coen Flakes that his job gave to him Smile

it lasted us a month there where 20 waffles in each box and there wasn't any room left in our freezer with them in there XD but at the time for a week we didn't have honey so I ate the toasted with nothing on themand evrybody else used butter XD

I have been working on my electronic music modifaction and It is coming along great! I have found a new hobby with nightcore!!
Started My first soundcloud for my music, super excited about it XD the first song I uploaded was dedicated to ryukiba for being an awesome co-captain.

Thanks XD My uncle taught me how to use pro-tools when I was around 14 or 15 and I have the software now along with his equipment for the next month. (I can play piano, a very versatile instrument)
