RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - ClearWing R34 - Jul. 18, 2018 (Jul. 18, 2018 12:49 PM)Basalt Fox Wrote: Someone on Reddit found these in a Walmart. holy carp! already man thats quick. damn hasbro screwing the world with the release of beys/ RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Howaitonekon - Jul. 18, 2018 That Draciel S C.P is beautiful, should be the best without doubt. Driger S H.F is almost as good, but I miss the text on the prints... Dranzer looks a bit unfinished and that Bit-Sticker is way too dark, looks odd. Dragoon looks damn cheap, nothing more to say about that. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Jul. 18, 2018 My thoughts exactly. Dragoon looks insanely cheap and unfinished. I guess we should be happy the rubber is coloured at least? RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Howaitonekon - Jul. 18, 2018 "At least we should be happy about [...](?)" would be an awesome new title for a new Hasbro Burst toyline! "You consider yourself satisfied with half-baked products? GREAT, then Hasbro is your specialist contact person." Am I proud about myself? Yes, yes I am. I'm also proud that they haven't decided to release Dragoon F Gravity Edge, Dranzer F Yell Edge, Draciel S Central Edge and Driger S Heavy Edge. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Jul. 18, 2018 Haha! Amazing. I cannot wait for Plastic Gen Hasbro releases such as:
RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Howaitonekon - Jul. 18, 2018 (Jul. 18, 2018 10:14 PM)KinkoUsagi Wrote: Haha! Amazing. I almost died reading your post, hahaha xD The thing is: It's not even funny, because this portrays Hasbro so accurately. Every single time I feel Hasbro has improved a lot, they let us down, again. We're now releasing original colored beys? Oh, look, I can still put Edge on Evipero E2! The Evolution line is even better? Oh let's give them M2.K.J, and P2 with Edge. The Edge joke never gets old. We are releasing the original gen beys? I've got tired after designing prints for Draciel and Driger, the rest? Just... whatever. It's not much. It's an odd driver on P2, it's the eye stickers missing on Dragoon F, but damn. These guys at Hasbro get real money for their product design. They can't even simply copy Takara Tomy, I mean it's not that hard of a job. I do a lot of design stuff in my free time, and it's really throwing me off to see "professional" people that - as it seems - couldn't care less about what they are doing. I would never release anything as unfinished as Hasbro does over and over again. Yes, the Switch Strike line is fine, but the rest, it's a bit sad. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BeyCrafter - Jul. 18, 2018 Both TT and Hasbro's remakes are garbage. It doesn't matter if TT's look better. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Howaitonekon - Jul. 18, 2018 (Jul. 18, 2018 10:46 PM)BeyCrafter Wrote: Both TT and Hasbro's remakes are garbage. It doesn't matter if TT's look better. Tell that a beyblade collector that doesn't solely care about competitive use. There are beys that are beautiful and there are beys that are strong. And there's Hasbro having neither sense for aesthetics nor any competitive balancing. It's only a toy, yes, and Takara has a lot of issues too, but at least they try to get out decent products. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BeyCrafter - Jul. 18, 2018 idc, I've put my two cents onto what I think about this. The only thing we can take from Hasbro's remakes are that they can re-release old rubber drivers in other colors now instead of just black, which means that anime accurate Dual Layer Beys are a huge possibility. Except for Impact, which to be honest I don't like the red or the black rubber on it, and every other Driver deserves more attention than Impact. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Jul. 19, 2018 (Jul. 18, 2018 10:54 PM)Howaitonekon Wrote:(Jul. 18, 2018 10:46 PM)BeyCrafter Wrote: Both TT and Hasbro's remakes are garbage. It doesn't matter if TT's look better. Well said! I've spoken highly of TT's treatment of collectors before, but as a collector myself, I greatly appreciate the extra effort made by TT for aesthetics. Heck, even the Switchstrike Hasbro Beyblades are always a step down (whether it be the driver, changed parts, foggy plastic or missing prints) from their TT counterparts. Not only this, they provide an unbelievable amount of ways to collect, from lotteries, to tickets, to tournament prizes, to WBBA releases, and they're all really, really nice and tempting. As a collector, I find myself tempted by Black Revive Phoenix or White Knight Valkyrie and less of... this: The best thing Hasbro has released for Burst so far is the Xcalius X3 Sword Launcher Set. Easily. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BeyCrafter - Jul. 19, 2018 I am done with this conversation RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Jinbee - Jul. 19, 2018 As someone who leans more as a collector/casual player, I can't help but feel like the Hasbro variants just don't feel... as authentic. It's mostly due to the changes of the god chip and especially the slopes restricting cross compatibility, but when I get a Takara Tomy Maximum Garuda, it feels rewarding and satisfying, when I get a Hasbro Tornado Wyvern, despite being close enough, I just don't care for it as much as I would if I got the original. I just think there's too many changes for me to see these as authentic (even though they technically are authentic). Alright in their own right but I would usually much rather have the TT versions. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - sonyat - Jul. 19, 2018 I wouldn't normally speak up in Hasbro conversations as I just don't buy enough to justify giving much input, but I agree with Howaitonekon, KinkoUsagi, and Jinbee's points regarding, well, exactly why I'm not an avid Hasbro collector. I was looking forward to these and... hmm. That Dragoon... just... wow, no words on the laziness there. That's not to say Hasbro is terrible by any means—people should buy and enjoy whatever they wish and healthy discussion is always good to see. Ha, maybe it's lame to say, but thanks for giving your input as collectors. Being more of a collector & casual player can feel a little alienating at times, so I really appreciate what y'all have to say on the matter. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Masugu - Jul. 20, 2018 (Jul. 19, 2018 3:06 AM)Jinbee Wrote: As someone who leans more as a collector/casual player, I can't help but feel like the Hasbro variants just don't feel... as authentic. I let my 2nd son play with the hasbro ones (thrown everywhere, stepped on, missing parts) and hide the TTs and only play with my 1st son lol Exactly because of the same reason you mentioned above. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - originalzankye - Jul. 22, 2018 Product Update + App Update RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Real_ilinnuc - Jul. 22, 2018 Honestly TT's remakes were ugly af too. The update to the burst system wasn't good at all. The only half decent looking remake is Wolborg so far. TBH Hasbro is getting way too much hate right now. Like there are obvious things they aren't doing well (Mainly marketing,) but for nearly all of their switchstrike beys... They look really good. No bad recolors so for either. Lol this hatred that a lot of people have for Hasbro just spreads, which legit kills beyblade. If nobody buys hasbro beys because a sticker is too dark or the plastic is too foggy, then hasbro will just kill off the line because nobody is buying them. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Floriano - Jul. 22, 2018 Yo sorry if this is old news but today I found this: Hyrus H4, Istros I4, Surtr S4 I don't understand how images work in here sorry. Also Precision Strike Bey Launcher and this: Other beys RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Real_ilinnuc - Jul. 22, 2018 what country are you from? RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Floriano - Jul. 22, 2018 Mexico, that's from Amazon MX. Here: Pages 2-3 RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - originalzankye - Jul. 22, 2018 THANKS TO FLORIANO FOR THE LEAD RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Jinbee - Jul. 22, 2018 I'm seeing things like Anubion A4 and Minoboros M4, well what does that mean? Is Hasbro making Turbo/God versions of those or are they just being rereleased in the Turbo line? It could be, but I've also seen Kerbeus K4 (which does exist) with Gianon G4, so it's either the dual layer version or something new, and Zankye is usually right about this stuff so if he says it's legit, he's usually right about it. We'll just have to see. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Real_ilinnuc - Jul. 22, 2018 Where did the word document come from? Wonder Valtryek? |
