Bit off-topic, but are you talking about Evolution or currently? He was on a similar power level with Valt in Season 2, as Valt only managed to win after 18 rounds iirc whereas Aiga was not even a blader back then. In Sparking, both matches would definitely be close but imo he would win against Aiga and lose against Valt. I'm basing my opinion on the manga rankings.

This was, in my opinion, a pretty boring episode that I'll be skipping if I rewatch Sparking. It was basically Hyuga, Hikaru, and all of the legends picking a tag team partner. I get that animes have filler episodes, but this was probably one of the most boring fillers I've ever watched, and that's saying something since I've seen Naruto. Alright, time for me to quit ranting and continue reviewing the episode. Rantaro and Valt teaming up was something I expected, same with Ranjiro and Aiga and Hyuga and Hikaru. Lane and Shu was a little surprising, and that was probably the highlight of the episode for me. I feel that Drum and Lui were just forced to team up to get both of them into the tag team tournament, but we'll see how that goes.
Overall, if you really like fillers, this episode is for you. I'd give it a 3/10.

In my opinion this was my favorite episode of sparking. I get your opinion though.

Maybe Hyuga and Hikaru can actually beat them. They are main characters so they can technically beat the antagonist.

Aiga. Cuz he actually got the role. No one expects me to believe Valt became Champion in the short gap between GT and Superking.
