we were doing circuit training so I had to run a mile after doing other exercises, my average was around 7 1/2 to 8 minutes. My slowest mile was around 9 minutes since I was exhausted toward the end

My fastest mile was a 6:38 in cross country and a 6:16 in track so you beat my time!

SO I hurt myself trying to parkour yesterday. I was hopping off of a wall maybe 8 feet high, and I sprained my ankle. That sucks.

Yes I did roll, but what happened was I landed too firm with my ankles that instead of leaning straight into a roll, I landed flat-footed with too much force and it went a different direction than anatomically possible.

I can wall run as well. I remember about 2 years ago when I tried wall running and my jump made my knee crash straight into the wall. There was a loud crack, and the doctor said it would take me around 2 months to get better again. I was on crutches for the whole of that 1 month, and my knee hurt like Dranzer gt when Zeus beat it.
And guess what, yesterday, me and my friend took out these girls on a double date and it looked like they had fun! I went with my bf of course! Gonna ask her for the disco that is next week...

So I went into a McDonald's to order some lunch yesterday. So I go in, order my food, and start waiting.
Well, as you know, there is a guy there that reads off the orders to the cooks so that they know what to make and package. Well, the guy seems to be staring at my order confused.
Here's what my order was.:
-1 BIG MAC NO SLIVO <<< (Big Mac, no onions)
-1 DBL QTR POUNDER W/ CHS NO SLIVO <<< (Double Quarter Pounder w/ cheese, no onions)
It was nothing difficult, so the cashier goes over to the confused guy and starts talking to him. During his break, I decided to talk to him a little bit, and asked him why he was confused by my order. Apparently he is a dropout that didn't even complete elementary school. He couldn't read the order.
Lesson; stay in school, kids...

Yeah, its not funny in the least. In fact, in many countries, its a big problem. Example: In Afghanistan, the literacy rate is only 28.1%.
At least now in the US you can't drop out until your 16.

Anyways... My friend... Who's a BIT dumb... Decided to jump of the roof of his house with an umbrella. He landed in a pool so uninjured... But he didn't know how to swim so I had to rescue him. I was about to when the lifeguard showed up.
