Tbh no; Rantaro has always been a better friend in my opinion; Also i think valt delibrately did not ask shu as he knew that shu would want to partner with lean to show him the fun aspect of beyblade.

People have their different thoughts on that, but I wanted that duo. I really believe those two are truly best friends. No disrespect to Rantaro. Valt and Shu together are quite the powerhouse.

Do people not think before writing stuff? I get if you are joking, but seriously, stop pointing at every character and go “Is he going evil”? “Is he going to have dark resonance”? This is literally just another way for Shu to teach the boy about beyblade.... or to at least stop him from being consumed by his own flare.

Pretty happy with all the pairings. Valt and Rantaro is simply awesome as Rantaro has always been there for Valt when he was the protagonist (Valt and Shu would have been awesome too). Aiga and Ranjiro for the same reason. Apparently, Lui considered Drum worthy (because that's probably the word Lui would use) after that single tag battle. Also, those two have kinda rubbed off on each other (notice how Lui presses his face close to Drum and Drum's maniacal laughter). Free and Sisco are two strong BC Sol bladers (also the staff probably realised Sisco losing to Free isn't funny anymore and didn't want Sisco defeating Free either so just paired them up). Hikaru and Hyuga being paired is the only reason this tournament arc is happening in the first place. Shu and Lane is pretty interesting as well. Shu is probably trying to change Lane by fighting alongside him as fighting against him only made the situation worse. Also, Shu's probably the only one willing to put up with Lane.

I have to agree with you there 100%. Shu was treated as Valt's "best friend" who shoves him one day because he wants to be the best. That alone makes me place Rantaro above Shu for Valt's friends list.

I think it's highly unlikely that he's going Red Eye. There's really no evidence to support that.
