Hi! This reply isn't necessarily for the combo making but for the potentials for the beys. My standard format deck is Lord Spriggan Vanguard Rise (rubber is worn so I can't use drivers like Bearing), Perfect Phoenix 00Cross Xtend+ (Level Chip), and Judgement Valkyrie Blitz Ultimate Reboot' Retsu (I thought about using Xtreme' but I feel like this combo is the best I can come up with if I want to burst other beys and I don't have the Diabolos chip so that's not an option.) Also, for the Judgement Valkyrie combo, I am getting Master Diabolos soon so I'm thinking about putting Generate on it.

If you think Ultimate reboot’ Is better than xtreme’, look at the winning combos. Xtreme’ will definitely do better at bursting beys.

A deck is 3 to 5 bey blades without repeated parts, which can be used in a tournament. Perhaps you should read up on the rulebooks, you will find them rather educational.

Meta thinking: if its a custom tournament where every players are only allowed to use rubber dash drivers, perhaps you can expect that most players will use attacker setups like what I listed. If that is the case, using an unorthodox defensive build like Perfect Phoenix Sting Hunter' might actually work well for defending against the attackers and outspinning them.
