Brave might not be the best attack layer but it’s not bad at all. Too many people are writing it off because it’s not as good as Judgement. Judgement is basically the best right-spin attack layer ever, so I don’t think it’s that damning of a thing if Brave isn’t as good. Not much is.

I think Brave has one thing that Judgement doesn’t have, and that is more balanced weight distribution. I think Brave on 2A could do very well on a high stamina driver, maybe something like Xtend+. I’ll be doing some testing in a bit for that to see how well it does, but I expect it to probably be able to do well. Judgement tends to not do well on drivers like that and work best on rubber attack drivers or Destroy’.

I did some fun tests with Brave Valkyrie Destroy' 2A against Master Bahamut Sting Atomic and most of the time it was BVl winning other times it was outspun, I even did some soft launches on MB and both beys surprisingly tied when I did that. I'll make sure to do it again later and post the results here in a 10 round match.

In my opinion it does not make sense to test an attacking layer like BVl on a rubber driver like Quick' versus left spinning chips like Fafnir or Bahamut.
Attack beys dont work in opposite spin imho. They need knockback and recoil which both is not given in opposite matchups. I think no tournament player would ever use an attack type versus an opposite spin stamina beyblade.
That being said, its clear BVl has to lose those matchups. What brings us further is:
Test JJ vs. BVl on same setup (same driver) vs. common right spin combos.

Tournament players often do not have a choice of whether or not to use an attack type against an opposite spin bey. Most of the time, they and their opponent are selecting their beys in secret. Even in deck format where the opponent's beys are known, sometimes the opponent will change their beys to be a matchup that is not ideal for you, and you will not have an opportunity to change your own bey after their change is made.
By all means continue to test opposite spin combinations.

Judgement Joker is better than Brave Valkyrie when it comes to raw attack power. However as BuilderROB stated earlier, Judgement doesn't have the balance Brave does. Brave Valkyrie is better on stationary attack combos like BV Xt+ 2A.
