On Slash Valkyrie it isn’t. Blitz is way too heavy for the layer and makes sV burst way more easily.

I recommend you 1' and vortex then you line up the vortex's blades to the tip of the disc and do the same procedure with the blade of sV... Yep it will give more power to the blades and increases the burst rate of your opponent

There is a frame called αngle, which comes on the Rare Bey Get Shining αmaterios, but it seems pertty light, and no one uses it due to its rarity (outside of Hasbro) and because there are frames that outclass it. Basically, don't worry about αngle Wink

Alrighty, since noone has provided a definitive answer, Ill provide one.

1.
00 does outclass 0

2.
There isnt a definitive "best disk". Slash Valkyrie just hasnt been out long enough, and secondly, the disk will vary depending on what driver you use and what you set SV up to do (KO, burst, etc...)

Umm, I never said I expected it lol. Im just saying that you can't really say it is definitively better or worse yet. Also, weight isn't everything, you also have weight distribution and shape to name a few things. I can list various examples of heavy bit equaling better.
