if you want to put the cap at 18 you could because me and Allen are not bring any additional people with us. So that would help with the restrictions. However that’s totally up to you.

Yes, you can use any burst launcher with any burst Beyblade. The only things from TT and Hasbro that are not interchangeable part wise are drivers and layers.

CrisisCrusher07 answered your question but yes you can, only thing you can’t do with Hasbro and TT is no TT drivers on Hasbro layer and no Hasbro drivers on TT layers. That’s all!
