If less than 17 people show up or has to be group round robin.

I’ve actually changed to Swiss; if it goes under 16 and under then back to round robin.
Looks like someone unregistered so someone can join if they plan to come today!

16 or less players become group round robin with top 4. 17 or more becomes Swiss. With top 8.
