You click the arrow next to post reply, and then preview post, then click the button at the right of the email sign. Then type the url. If that’s not working, use the button right of the email sign.

I just replied to a post, dragged a gif, and made sure that it wasn't glowing blue. I still can't get it to work if I'm not replying.(By this, I mean hitting the Reply Icon under a post).
